Mary Lou has been practicing physical therapy since 1992. She has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Mary Lou specializes in the use of Pilates as therapeutic exercise in rehab. She successfully incorporates Pilates into therapy treatments emphasizing a practical & functional approach to rehabilitation. Mary Lou’s other experience includes vestibular rehabilitation & aquatic therapy. She also has a strong background in educational & clinical program development teaching Continuing Education seminars. Outside of physical therapy, Mary Lou enjoys running, downhill skiing, horseback riding, nutrition, and animal rescue.

Larissa has graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has completed her clinical at three different locations, focusing on outpatient work and lymphedema. She also has experience with acute and inpatient as well as skilled nursing. Larissa enjoys working in an orthopedic outpatient setting that focuses on one-on-one care and also specializes in vestibular disorders. She is recently married and now living to the area. When she is not at work, Larissa enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her puppy, Gus, playing trivia and reading books.

Jennifer is a licensed physical therapist with her MSPT from the University of Miami and has been practicing since 1998 in all settings with a specialty in vestibular disorders. Jennifer brings great experience to the team and is well versed in several different manual and taping techniques. She is married with 2 children and enjoys volunteering at school as a lunch mom and for other social activities.
Natalie Nocek, Administrative Assistant/Rehab Technician

Natalie is one of our rehabilitation techs at Be Fit. She graduated from Western Illinois University in May of 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Community Health. She assists the physical therapists by aiding patients with their exercises and helping them to better understand how the human body works. She not only does hands on work such as rolling and stretching, but is experienced in other modalities as well, such as ultrasounds and electric stimulation. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys working out, walking her dog Rylee, and cooking.
Montel Viudez, Rehab Technician

Montel is also a rehabilitation technician at Be Fit Physical Therapy & Pilates. He has recently graduated from the University of Missouri in May of 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science and a minor in Psychology. He is currently at Fox College obtaining his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree and does an excellent job of working one-on-one with our patients to make sure they are prepared for treatment and that their exercises are getting done properly as well. In his spare time Montel enjoys watching his Chicago Bulls, Bears, and Missouri Tigers. He also enjoys playing basketball, golf, and hanging out with his family and friends.

Brendan has a diverse background in the Physical Therapy and Bodywork fields and has 20 years experience in manual therapies that are rooted in both PT and Osteopathic Medicine. He has worked with a diverse clientele, including the Denver Fire Department as a Therapeutic Physical Intervention Specialist. In 2016, he became a Certified Pilates Instructor through Pole Star Pilates in 2016, as a specialist in rehabilitation. In 2017 he achieved a passionate professional goal of being certified by the Rolf Institute® of Structural Integration. He now combines Rolfing and Pilates in a unique approach to Structural Integration. In his spare time he likes to go camping.

Mary is an AFAA certified trainer and has been teaching fitness for 33 years. During this time she realized her love for Pilates, and became a STOTT level 1 & 2 instructor 15 years ago. Since TRX uses a Pilates base, Mary also became a TRX trainer 5 years ago and 3 years later became a MELT instructor to help others ease every day pain. She has a strong passion for educating others about the benefits of MELT & Pilates. Along with teaching fitness to adults, she currently teaches physical education here in Downers Grove.
Molly Jo Mathe, Pilates Instructor

Molly Jo holds Mat Pilates I and II certifications from Balanced Body as well as a comprehensive certification from Fletcher Pilates to teach on all equipment. Being a dancer for most of her life, Molly Jo found that Pilates was a great way to maintain balance in her body through vigorous dance rehearsals and performances. She loves to implement creative teaching methods to shape a fun and informative learning environment-for men, women, dancers, pre- and postnatal moms, those suffering from diastasis recti, spinal/disc injuries, those pursing post-rehabilitation wellness, and others.
Audrone Rainiene, Pilates Instructor

Audrone (“Audra”) came to the United States from Lithuania in 2005. She then became a group fitness instructor certified by the Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). After that, her love of dance led her to become a Zumba instructor, and in 2016 she became a Peak Plates certified Pilates instructor. When not engaging her intense interest how food affects the mind and body, Audra loves spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Connie also has extensive experience in working in the business side of healthcare practices. In her spare time she enjoys being involved in many volunteer organizations as well as spending time with her husband and teenage sons.
Jesse Daniels, Marketing Communications Assistant

Jesse is responsible for the Be Fit publications and social media. He graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in 2004 and a Master of Science in 2016. Jesse has previous health-related experience working as an intake assistant at Automated Health Systems. Most recently, he worked as a communications intern with The Public Health Institute of Metropolitan Chicago. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys roller skating and, browsing Twitter, and attending opera.
