Exercise as an Anti Inflammatory

Exercise is not something you should do solely for weight loss purposes.  Studies show that the leading reason to exercise is to reduce whole body inflammation.  The association between exercise and inflammation is far more positive and conclusive than for exercise and weight loss.  Here is an article we found very interesting and informative about multiple studies done on both, weight loss and exercise in terms of inflammation of the body.  Enjoy!
