PILATES MAT CLASSES

Pilates Mat Class is designed to challenge participants of every ability level. Learn the fundamentals of a series of movements designed to improve your core strength,  posture, muscle endurance and body awareness all while developing strength, flexibility and coordination.

PILOXING

This popular cardio-interval class is a fat burning combination of boxing and Pilates. It tones and sculpts muscles, helps improve balance and posture, and improves cardiovascular endurance. This fun workout helps weight management, increases ankle stability, and is a fun way to keep your body in shape and healthy!

TEEN CORE PILATES

Teen Core Pilates is designed to challenge and condition the body in a fun and safe way for the growing adolescent. Whether it is your first time doing Pilates, or you are a seasoned pro, this fast paced class is a great workout for all levels. Create a long, lean flexible physique using a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the body from the inside out.

REFORMER CLASS

Reformer classes are on a machine in a small setting of only 3-5 students.  This class offers a full body workout while targeting the abs with each exercise. We use exercise techniques to lengthen your body, improve your posture, enhance flexibility to your muscles, improve spinal mobility, and strengthen your arms, legs, buttocks, abs, and back.

SENIOR FIT PILATES

Improve strength and flexibility with this gentle, zero impact class. Senior Fit Pilates uses props such as light free weights, magic circles, and the Swiss balance ball to safely work your body from head to toe. Feel stronger and more energized with Senior Fit Pilates.

ZUMBA®

When participants see a Zumba® class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba® Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
