Pilates Mat Class

Pilates Mat Class is designed to challenge participants of every ability level. Learn the fundamentals of a series of movements designed to improve your core strength,  posture, muscle endurance and body awareness all while developing strength, flexibility and coordination.

Classes meet 2x/week for 6 weeks (12 classes per session).

Zumba®

It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.

In a nutshell, PiYo™ will rock your world! Once you try it, you’ll find that PiYo™ is unlike any other format, and guess what? You’ll love it. Don’t worry, there is no previous experience required.

Cardio Fusion / willPower & grace®

Cardio Fusion / willPower & grace® is a high-energy, barefoot cardiovascular-fusion class.  It integrates the smartest and safest barefoot training methods to strengthen your feet while progressively correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips.  This unique workout is structured for students of all levels, challenging to athletes and nurturing to newcomers, but must be experienced to be understood!

Classes meet 2x/week for 6 weeks (12 classes per session).
